Shipping policy
Simple, honest shipping — the terms actually in the announcement bar. We manufacture in Málaga and ship from two locations: Spain (for EU orders) and the United States (for US orders).
Spain & European Union
- Standard shipping — €6.99 per order.
- Free shipping on orders over €30.
- Subscribe & save — monthly subscriptions ship free every time and save 5% on each delivery.
- Delivery time — 2–4 working days across Spain, 3–6 working days across the rest of the EU.
- Shipped by our carriers from our Málaga warehouse. All packaging is recyclable, no plastic void fill.
United States
- Standard shipping — $4.99 per order.
- Free shipping on orders over $35.
- Subscribe & save — monthly subscriptions ship free and save 15% on each delivery.
- Delivery time — 3–5 working days across the continental US.
- Shipped from our US fulfillment partner.
Order processing
Orders placed before 14:00 local warehouse time ship the same working day. Orders placed later, on weekends or public holidays ship the next working day. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as the label is created.
Address changes and cancellations
We can update the shipping address or cancel an order until the label is created — usually within a few hours of placing it. Write to hello@kurokaipet.com with your order number and we’ll do our best.
What happens if a package is lost or delayed
If your tracking has not updated for 5+ working days, or the courier marks the parcel as lost, write to us. We’ll open a claim and either resend the order or refund you — whichever you prefer. No fine print, no back-and-forth.
Damaged on arrival
If a package arrives damaged, take a photo of the box and the product before opening the rest and send it to hello@kurokaipet.com within 48 hours. We’ll replace it at no extra cost.
Returns
For food safety reasons, opened bags of treats or litter cannot be returned. Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund minus original shipping. See our Refund policy for details.
Countries we currently ship to
All EU member states, the United Kingdom (from our Spain warehouse) and the continental United States. If your country isn’t on the list at checkout, we don’t ship there yet — write to hello@kurokaipet.com and we’ll tell you when we do.
